Name Change and Conversion of Hughes Communications India Limited to Hughes Communications India Private Limited
October 23, 2019—Please note that the Regional Director, Northern Bench vide order dated October 4, 2019 had granted the approval of conversion of Hughes Communications India Limited (“HCIL”) from “Public Limited” to “Private Limited Company” and thereafter, HCIL had to obtain a fresh Certificate of Incorporation, hence applied to the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana for issuance of the same.
