will be deemed to have been accepted by the User on usage of
the website http://www.hughes-ecomm.com / or http://www.hnge.in.
You are requested to read them carefully before you use the
services of this site.

to the user who is browsing the Site. The term HCIL shall refer
to HCIL and/or its affiliates/subsidiary companies. The term
Site refers to www.hughes-ecomm.com and other websites as mentioned
above, owned and monitored by HCIL.

agree to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions
concerning your use of the Site. HCIL may revise the Terms of
Use at any time without notice to you. Areas of the Site may
have different terms of use posted. If there is a conflict between
the Terms of Use and terms of use posted for a specific area
of the Site, the latter shall have precedence with respect to
your use of that area of the Site.
c) HCIL may terminate a User's

5. Online payment for HughesNet Global Education
HCIL provides through internet
access, the facility to pay the fee installments for various
interactive courses conducted on the nationwide interactive
learning network
( HughesNet Global Education ). Following are the important
points for the users to remember regarding the online payment
facility :
1) User of this online payment
system has to be either a registered student or a prospective
student of some program on the HNGE platform. The registered
student posses a student id issued by HNGE
2) The student needs to pay only through the credit card, which
he has declared while registering for the program. This card
no has a mapping with the student id entered while accessing
the online payment facility. A different card no will result
in failure to access the payment gateway
3) HCIL has a tie-up with ICICI bank for facilitation of this
service and hence the transaction would be completed thru the
ICICI payment gateway
4) Before qualifying to be taken to payment gateway, the student
needs to get authenticated as a valid student thru a student
authentication page on HCIL website
5) Student needs to pay the exact amount as required by HNGE,
keeping in mind the late fees like transfer fee, rejoining fees
so that the student id does not get blocked because of short
payments
6) HCIL has opted for 3D secure system of VISA / MASTER credit
cards and hence the student would be once more authenticated
before the actual transaction takes place
7) The transaction charges as levied by the respective bank
would be applicable as per the user agreement with the bank
which has issued the credit card
8) Once the payment has been received by HNGE, the receipt of
the payment would be available to the student thru the Student
Management System, which is described in the student manual
provided to the student during induction to the course
9) Up to date details of all student payments would be available
on the student management system and the student can approach
the center heads to know the status of their payments due.
6. Cancellation and
Refund policy
For online payments, cancellation
is not possible on the Internet. To cancel a fee payment, the
student will have to submit the claim with HCIL in Gurgaon or
write a mail to customercare@hughes.in The fee paid by the student
will be refunded electronically (as credit to the relevant credit
card / account used for the transaction) after deducting cancellation
charges. Bank charges that are being levied by the Payment Gateways/Banks
are not subject to refund in the event of cancellation of transaction
by the student. The cancellation charge is determined by the
HNGE’s rules for cancellation and is based on the time of cancellation
and the status of the fee payment. The service charge is not
refunded.

Privacy Policy”) describes privacy policy of Hughes Communications
India Limited as it relates to HCIL’s Websites at www.hughes-ecomm.com,
www.hnge.in, and any related site maintained and operated by
HCIL (collectively, the “Website”).
HCIL reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to modify or change this Privacy Policy
at any time with or without prior notice to you. You should
visit this page periodically to review the current Privacy Policy;
the date of the last update will be posted at the top of this
Privacy Policy for your convenience. Your continued use of the

Who HCIL shares the

request, or when we believe you have acted in violation of our

Where and when HCIL
collects information on the Website: In addition to
the information you knowingly provide, HCIL keeps track of the
domains and IP addresses from which people visit us. We also

page requests. This data is not personally identifiable and
is used to more efficiently operate HCIL’s business, prepare
for network load demands, promote our services and administer
