Nationwide Support
The HCIL
Field Network consists of four regional offices
and eighteen territories staffed by highly trained
HCIL engineers. A well-experienced and adequately
staffed two tier Technical Assistance Centre (TAC)
augments the field support operations. HCIL provides
support to over 30000 VSATs across
2000 cities and towns in India.
Nature of Services
HCIL
is a major VSAT service provider with core expertise
in VSAT installations, integration and maintenance
of VSATs. Apart from this HCIL also undertakes
Turnkey Projects that also include installation
and integration of UPS, Voice over IP (VoIP),
Optimisation MUX, Routers, preparation of earthing
pits, etc. The support services cover:-
(a) Installation/ Commissioning
& de-installation classified as One Time
Service (OTS).
(b) Operational Breakdown Maintenance / AMC.
(c) Specialised Maintenance Services.
Quality Team
Customer Support has
an in-house quality team addressing all quality
issues related to installations, undertaking repeat-call
analysis and recommending best procedures.
