HughesNet Fusion offers its services through two models - a franchisee model, targeted at metros and large cities and a Common Service Centers (CSC) initiative - a public private partnership where Hughes works with nodal agencies like SREI, Comat Technologies, NICT, Zoom Developers and State Governments.
